Maja is an NFTS graduate and was sponsored by the European Union to attend the prestigious Budapest Cinematography Masterclass with Cinematographer Vilmos Zsigmond. Maja shot the first 2 episodes of SKINS REDUX (Company Pictures) for director Charles Martin, and then went on to shoot 4 episodes of the comedy drama DATES, directed by Charles Sturridge and Philippa Langdale. Maja recently wrapped on the latest series of FRESH MEAT III ( 8 episodes) for directors Gordon Anderson and Jamie Jay Johnson. Her feature, GRIDIRON, directed by Gary Delaney with David Soul as Executive Producer, is currently in post-production. Her graduation (stop-motion / animation) short, PLAYING GHOST, was selected by over 20 festivals worldwide including Brazil, Montreal World Film Festival, Encounters and Los Angeles International Short Film Festival, and her previous film, FREEDOM DAY, directed by Janis Nords, was nominated for Best Directing and Best Cinematography at FujiFilm Shorts 2011.
